Pleeease help me I don't know what to do!!!?

I am only 17, and I am already suffering from sun spots, and skin blemishes. I hardly go out in the sun, and when I do, I fully cover myself with 60SPF UVA & UVB protection sun screen. Even though I use that sunscreen, everyday a new spot appears. I even get small holes my face (they look the same as the holes you get after having chicken pox). I even discovered a red spot on my face today it was not there a yesterday!!! Every day I find a new spot/blemish. Just today I found a giant beauty mark looking thing. I thought it was a pimple at first but its not.

What is wrong with me!??! Do I have a Fricken aging disease? I am scared that in a month from now, my face will be completely destroyed.
Please tell me what I can do to get rid of this! Also, what can I do to prevent this from happening in the future? I am so afraid to go outside!
