Please Help! Does anyone know about skin care?

I had to lodge at a friends place for a month. (Im very thankful for her letting me) but I think I was allergic to something over there. Probably just cuz of a lot of dust. But I used to itch a lot. Now the allergies have gone but Im left with these small black scars all over my body (they were left from scratch wounds and marks) . Im lights skinned so it looks really bad when I were short sleeves or skirts. I thoughts it would go away but its been 3-4 months already and it hasn't even gone light. Please does anyone know any cream or anything I could do to make it go away. Summers just a few months away. I dont want to have to cover it all the time. Thanks in advance.
