Please can someone help me…?
Ok well i am 12, im not even going to lie about how old i am cos i think its got to a point where i just cant take it any more.
When i was 11 i started wearing makeup, and a LOT of it. I know it was stupid so i dont need anyone to tell me that. Anyway so i just started getting blackheads, no biggie. Then i started getting whiteheads, so when i turned 12 i asked to get the clinique 3 step skin care kit since i heard so many good things about it. After about 2 days i started breaking out like CRAZZZY im not joking my whole face was so red and puffy, i stayed at home until it got better. It didnt get better so i stopped using it and used neautrogena and stuff like that, it has been about 6 months since that happened and i have the worst skin you could imagine. People ask me if i was my face (people i dont even know), they take pitty on me and i cant stand it. I have blackheads, whiteheads and pimples.
YES i have started my period about 2 months ago so maybe that could also be the cause but i really cannot stand my skin anymore. I have been eating really healthy, i am drinking lots of water, doing lots of exercise and taking my makeup off (since i cannot go out without it, stupid right since im so young, but if i dont i have no confidence) and i cleanse, tone, moisturize, exfoliate once a week, mask ETC but NOTHING is working.
Please can someone help me
I tried going to my GP but they are like booked for 3 months and i really cant stand it please cna someone help me…

I'm also twelve, and you don't need makeup:) . Occasionally I will wear Eyeliner, and lip gloss. I think you should stop EVERYTHING you are doing, face wise. And just use soap and water. You never know, it could be all this different type of face products thats breaking out your skin, you could be allergic to it. Even your makeup ,you could be allergic to! And maybe after a month or so, if the soap and water doesn't help, go to your doctor, and go to a dermotologist, and find out whats happening to your skin. It could just be puberty. I hope this helps!
Oh, jeez, you sound just like me when I was younger, so I know what you're talking about. The best thing that you can do is use products on your skin that are natural and healthy for it.I would stay away from the face washes, as they are likely to have chemicals and moisturizers in them. When I switched from acne washes to Ivory soap, my skin looked completely different after a week.Using a toner after you wash your face helps as well. I stopped using Neutrogena and Stridex toners and switched to Witch Hazel. I'm not going to lie, it smells awful, but it's really good for your skin. It refines pores, removes and controls oil, soothes irritations and locks in moisture. I personally like Dickinson's Witch Hazel. It's non-drying and 100% natural.Queen Helene makes a mask called MInt Julep Mask. It's made with natural substances, so it's good for the skin. The clay in the mask draws out impurities in the skin and helps to control oil. The mint in the mask helps to fight preexisting acne, as well as forming acne.***Tip: Minty toothpaste works great as a spot treatment over night and a mask. For the mask, apply to the whole face and leave on for about 15-20 minutes. Wash with warm water, splash with cold water to snap pores shut then pat dry; don't rub. Also be sure that you aren't over washing your face. This can have the exact opposite results that you're looking for. By stripping your skin of it's natural oils repeatedly, the glands kick into overdrive and begin to overproduce oils, resulting in more acne.Honey is a great way to prevent and get rid of acne.Other mask idea: Get one uncoated aspirin tablet and put a drop or two of water on it until it's soft and mushy. After that, pour/squeeze honey on top of it and mix together well. Apply to face and leave on for about 2-4 minutes. The aspirin helps to kill the bacteria that are growing in your pores and it strips the dead skin cells away. Try to do this once a week and only when you have a few days off. By exposing the fresh, new skin on your face, it's prone to burning in the sun more easily.Make sure that your pillowcase, sheets and bedspread are laundered once a week.Instead of drinking just water, try switching to green tea. The drink is full of antioxidants which helps your body to fight the acne from the inside.***Tip: Drop in some lemon juice into your tea. You're digestive system burns off about 80% of the antioxidants in the tea naturally, but the citric acid helps to combat that from happening.Wash your face after exercising. Sweating helps to flush your pores, but if you allow it to sit on your face the skin will just absorb it back into the skin.Try using baking soda as a toner or a mask.Mask: 1 tablespoon to 1 teaspoon of water. Mix together then apply to your skin. Massage into your face for about 30 seconds then rinse with warm water. Pat dry; don't rub.Toner: 1 cup of water to 1 teaspood of baking soda. After washing your face with warm water, splash with cold water to snap pores closed then spritz your face with the toner.***Tip: Don't combine the two. Too much of anything can be bad.Mint water and rose water helps to soothe skin.I know this is going to sound crazy, but olive oil helps. The particles in the oil are too large to clog your pores, so it's not going to create more acne.I hope that this helped.

First, find out what kind of skin you have!!!!! Try AcneFree Severe, it may dry out ur skin a lil bit, but they also have it in regular and sensitive. Also switch your makeup to a skin clearing makeup like neutrogena, they have acne medicated concealer that will help. If not neutrogena then whatever foundation you use make sure its oil- free and non-comodogenic (won't clog pores, will say it on the bottle) And only wear makeup if you have to, in other words only on special occasions not everyday use. Your skin needs to breathe and the makeup you're wearing is clogging your pores. Wash your face in the morning and right before bed, exfoliate 2 times a week with either a mask or an at home microdermabrasion (increases cell turn over to bring the damaged cells to the surface, to be scrubbed away) Your face is not gonna clear up over nite, it may take a few months.
well you said u did it once a week you should be doing it everyday. im 12 and wear makeup and i wash my face EVERY night no matter what.i say try proactive or acne free. but it may make it better but nothing will make everything go away i still have a few red spots and i sometimes get zits but its better than a full out breakout. i would say dont use makeup on your faxe only your eyes i know it will be embarassing to show all of your acne but it will really help your skin get better.
