   Best Answer – Chosen by Voters Average is $235,000 but you have to have your bachelor's degree, master's degree, and go to medical school, then specialize, then apprentice, all of which can take up to 10+ years.But good luck, I plan on being a derm too!

   Well if you mean a doctor dermatologist then you need to study hard and get accepted into medical school to study medicine first to become a doctor and then specialise.However there are many jobs to do with beauty and skin care, you could become a beautician for example.
