Undecided Question

i had a pimple underneath and a little to the left of a beauty mark on my skin it seemed ready to pop and so the little bit of juices (gross i know, im deeply sorry) came out from it. but then it looked as if i was peeling by beauty mark off because brown (the color of the beauty mark) seemed to be peeling off and if i allowed it is seems like half my beauty mark would come off! is this possible? does the coloring of it come back i am soo confused! thanks for your help!
