head is peeling?

I am 22 and recently had sex with my substantial other. Three days later I noticed that my head started itching and when I pulled my foreskin back it was peeling. I can actually, with my fingers peel some of the white (old skin, i guess) off. its weird and has never happened to me before. It itches sometimes and then goes away. Seems like its getting better. I do not have health-care and do not know what to do. I am scarred and need help. Also not to forget, it looks like it was sitting in water. Anyhow its all on the head of the . I am uncircumcised. Girls guys, doctors, please give me advice… I am very worried and depend on answers.
