Undecided Question

Our newly adopted pup was just diagnosed with Parvo virus…?

We have opted to do in home care for him. We have been sent home with injections and I.V bags for him and he has been given an antibiotic injection as well. This was Saturday, Sunday he was up and playin and now today…he's slept a full 24 hours. So if he has only gone Pee twice today, but we have done the sub-q fluids and been giving fluids orally by syringe…do I wake him to take him outside to try and pee (or possibly poop)? At this point his skin is supple and is not dehydrated..just thrown up 5 times today and extremely lethargic.
