One cat acting very strange, vicious attacks repeatedly?
There's been so many things happen newly to them in the last week, so I have no clue what caused it and my vet just doesn't care at all about them, even after spending hundreds of $$.
-minor fracture on a 40 watt cfl spiral bulb after I dropped the lamp….took me 30 minutes to decide to throw it out bc mercury gas could be leaking? Three days after (today) I smelled her coat and felt a little burning sensation on my lips….
- Catnip containing 4 herbs, including valerian, honeysuckle, and catmint given 5 days ago?
- First time cat door installed 5 days ago inside house, girl very scared of it and hasn't learned?
- Girl had a runny eye 7 days ago, so took to vet and got a shot of antibiotics, take home clovamox for 1 week, and vet shaved her neck to take a blood sample. No bad results, but 3 days later I found a small fresh blood spot on my bed.
- Basically the only thing that happened the same day before the attacks started at midnight was the bleeding and the cfl bulb fracture.
Any ideas?

Best Answer – Chosen by Voters Is your female spayed?Have you considered bathing her to get rid of whatever is on her coat, if it 'burnt' you then I would be concerned about what it could be doing to the cat….if it is a chemical such as someone has sprayed something over her to frighten her off their garden or the chemical from the lamp got on her it could get into her blood stream absorbed through her skin and cause health issues.http://ezinearticles0o0com/?Learn-How-To-G…Do the cats have fresh water available for them to drink? If so put 5 drops of rescue remedy in each time you refil it.Siamese are lovely however then don't like changes in their routine or new things happening so that could be upsetting her and she is taking it out on her brother. However I would bathe her and get rid of whatever is on her coat asap Source(s): Animal behaviourist
Sounds like you need to find a new vet. They could have gotten in to something but I recommend finding a new vet
It could be any one of those incidents which triggered the aggression in your female cat. You've done the right thng by separating them as the situation sounds pretty serious. The best thing to do next is to re-introduce them to each other as though they had never met before. I had to do this with my two cats when the male came home smelling different and the female started attacking him. I thought that she would calm down overnight, but she didn't and flew at him every time she saw him. It took me a week to slowly reintroduce them to each other, but it was worth it because they're back to being friends again. These articles have lots of advice on inter-cat conflict which you might find helpful.http://www.celiahaddon.co.uk/pet%20probl…http://www.littlebigcat0o0com/index.php?ac…Your female cat might have lost her appetite due to stress or illness, so keep a close watch on her and if necessary take her back to the vet. If she's not feeling too good, that would also explain why she's feeling grumpy at the moment.Hope things work out between them.
