Need lots of beauty tips!?

This one night in two days is the most important night of my life. I need to look beautiful. This is a mission because I am ugly. Well i'M Asian so my skin is brown. My hair is black and has been cuti to a scene style from the front. (what should I do with it) I dont usually wear makeup but I have big eyelashes so they look like they always have mascara on. What makeup shall I wear and what kind of clothes? Will designer sunglasses help?
