Need help with Haircoloring!!!!?

Ok so I am an asian with pretty fair skin and dark brown hair. it hasn't been dyed and its a bit damaged at the tips. it is also light brown at the tips and dark brown at the roots. I was born with black hair and I have black/super dark brown eyes.
ANYWAYS main point I want to dye my hair blue black and I'm considering Loreal Feria 21 Starry Night, Revlon Colorsilk 12 Blue/Black, and Garnier Fructis 100% color in 210 Blue Black. My friend (who's mom is a haircolorist) says I should use Garnier Fructis. But my other friend used Clairol and hers looks nice.
I want to accomplish and super shiny healthy hair color. Really the only thing I do care about is healthy hair and maybe a tiny bit of color.
So my question is what would you recommend for brand and what color?
