Need help for skin care?

so , i hav zits all around my face n i use a face wash . is it true that if de face wash works , your face will become more worst because all de bacteria in ur face comes out and after tht it will be gone ?

today i went to the doctor. my acne is very mild so i got benzoyl peroxide gel 5%. the percentile depends on how is your acne. by the way.im wearing the gel on right now. if you dont see any changes with the gel, go to a dermatologist. if you have insurance, you will pay $5 only when you buy it at walgreens.
