Need help before going back to school?
I'm starting high school in about two weeks. I was hoping to lose a lot of weight during the summer, but that didn't happen.. I want to feel comfortable with the way I look. I also have acne… and washing my face does nothing. Along with the numerous facial products I have tried. Do you have any.. I guess I'll call it beauty tips.. that I can try? I would really appreciate it. How I can look thinner and stuff that would help my skin.

Best Answer – Chosen by Voters Rule number one, drink lots or only water, you would be surprised how quickly it washes out your body it will not only clear your face a bit it will help with some weight loss, soda and such has so much sugar that can cause acne and weight gain and water will cleanse your system, when you start this don't be alarmed if your pimples increase a bit this is your body washing all the oils and toxins from your face and is a good sign. I tried this an lost a few pounds just by drinking only water and skim milk for calcium, it made me shortly break out for a few days but they all went away. For the two weeks you have before school just try and eat well, stay away from fried foods and packaged foods. Take walks if you can not afford or get to a gym and do simply crunches and sit ups during commercial breaks when watching tv or in spare time. Good luck with your first day of high school

You could jog, everyday. Look online for some excercises. I would say see a dermatologist because if washing your face is not helping than the Dr. will prescribe something that will give you a clear complexion! It happened to me
You can try foundation, concealer, eyeliner, eye shadow. Be confident when you go back to school. When you hide behind your flaws others will notice them wayy more. Drink a lot water. Hydrated skin is happy skin! Maybe get a new hairstyle, some highlights? Paint your nails? Good luck…im starting high school too.:)
sometimes, i rub a bit of cucumber over my face, then, using a bit of cotton wool, i put some vinegar and tea tree oil over. and mineral foundation offers a better coverage than like, Dream Matt Mousse or anything.as for losing weight, just do a bit of running/ walking, and eat healthily. hope this helps!good luck x Source(s): me
Ok acne can be cover by a foundation thats one tone darker that your skin so they wont see its there. To lose weight try excersises like the rocker and side bends which give ou perfect belly. Wash your face with Neutrogina Acne cleanser 2 a day. And add cream every night b4 bed so it wont fry up to muchYour welcome and Gd luck
you can go for walks outside for the weight , and for the acne , try foundation and makeup products
