Undecided Question

Im chubby and short…but i guess im fine as a sub continental, other than that my hairs wavy puffy and dry, should i get them straightened? what kind of cut would look good on me? my skins kind of tanned and whenever i put on bright eyeshadow's they look horrible and in my case im not into looking all shiny shiny…but yes at some occasions i really wanna look all that, besides that usually i stick to dressing up like a punk around friends but when im with family i have to dress up all gurl gurly…kinda really dont like though, but i still wanna look good on that..so please sum advices on what kinda dress or skirts to wear and what kinda top will go with it?…oh and i suck at dressing up like a punk as well, for some reason really cant match all of it, and even when i do it doesnt suit me in some ways…eeekkhhh! getting a feeling maybe im jus ugly..
