   The main thing is, it just takes time. Some people think Vitamin E capsules help, but I haven't ever seen results from that.

   I would recommend using something with lemon in it: I use a gentle scrub 2-3 times a week, called Modern Friction (you can find it at Origins). It helps with any past damage, like scarring.    Drinking water helps get rid of acne, as well as eating healthy, so as long as you are putting the right stuff into your body and often, it should help them go away.

   By the way, don't get microdermabrasian or anything. It's really harmful and bad for your face as well as expensive. The stuff from Origins I recommended is all natural. They actually call that scrub (Modern Friction) "nature's alternative to microdermabrasian." Good luck!
