Natural Skin Care Products?

Hi, i have extremely dry facial skin, no matter what i try i just makes it worse. I don't think any kind of chemical agrees with me. Acqueous cream has the least chemicals on the market, and even that makes my skin red, sore, dry and itchy.

Can anyone recommend anything else? Is there any natural concocsion i can make and try from natural ingredients?
