My upper bum crack is really really really itchy?
so basically ive had an itchy bum hole/crack for the past 5 days now. its just so fricking annoying! i had two exams today and my bum was doing my head in. i just dont know what it is. im praying for it to stop this is how annoying it is. sometimes it will itch randomly sometimes it will go. the skin on the upper crack is like irritated, and i try scratching it and it eases the pain, it feels so good but when i do scratch it just encourages the hole to itch. i've tried baby talcum powder, it doesnt seem to help.
i think im washing it alright, i use water (not soap i heard it irritates it even more) and soft toilet paper. this is embarrasing but when i fart it seems to soothe the itching (sorry for that but i thought it would help if i added detail). i admit my poo is sort of hard coming out but its not like rock, it doesnt hurt or anything its just that it could be softer, and it does scrape the sides (once again sorry for the detail) coming out.
im to scared to ask my parents, im not going to go to my doctor because i need my parents permission. i wear underwear at night. some people tell me to put lotion on it, im not too sure about this because i also read that not to keep the area wet warm and damp. i have a lot of hair down there, and i cut those five days ago (again refer to the question i posted above for more detail) but the hair i cut then was like leading from the ball sack to the beggining of the hole. it had nothing to do with the crack. it seems the itching has spread. is it something to do with the way i am sitting? eating? cleaning?
please guys this is a serious question and yes i am aware that there will be some retards saying "HAHAHAHA U GOT AN ITCHY BUM" but i dont care. i just need advice for this. this is really really annoying. i feel like crying i get so stressed when it itches. i change my underwear every 2 days (but i wear different pairs for night and day). sorry for such a long question. by the way i am 14 and have had constapation before.

Best Answer – Chosen by Voters This happened to me once and I change my underwear twice a day, sometimes three times. You should change more often. If that doesn't help, cut down on your sugar and eat more vegetables.
um first off ew second off it could that you dont wipe your butt good enough or that you have a sweaty butt crack that you dont wash good enough and to fix this problem get some lotion for dry itchy skin and btw soap helps sometimes buddy
HAVE YOU BEEN HAVING UNPROTECTED BUTT SEX?beacuse you can get herpes on ur *** too
HAHAHAHA U GOT AN ITCHY BUM
It is because you do not wash it with soap. That is why it itches. First, you wash it with hot ater and soap, then you dry it with a towel, use an anti-fungal cream, like Tinactin, on and around the infected area, then you just lie on your stomach for a while and then you repeat this process once a day until the itching goes away. It isn't a 1 short step, but in about 5-7 days it will be completely gone. I don't understand why the doctor would do that.
Well I have two probable solutions for you. One, you could have got a disease from having unprotected anal sex. Or two, it's your underwear. If you sweat, that builds up in the underwear and result in TERRIBLE itching as you have discribed. Start changing your underwear EVERY day and continue to wash real well. If it continues to itch after 4 or 5 days, consult a doctor. You may need to tell yor parents. This can be very serious.
Skin in dark damp places is prone to FUNGAL infections. That is different than bacteria. Fungus causes for instance, atheletes foot. Fungus also infects womens groin areas and it is called a yeast infection. Well similar fungal infections can occur on men, in any damp moist area. I strongly suspect this is a fungal infection. I would see a doc about it to make sure. If you insist on self medicating at home, I would try the women's yeast infection creams (myconizole or something like that) or a cream for athletes foot, that kills skin fungus. Do some reasearch online. I don't know why you won't just go to the doc about it. It's not that big a deal.
