Undecided Question

My knee hurts alot and I am thinking it might be CMP or a Meniscus tear.?

I play alot of basketball and my knee always hurts. I have been ignoring it for a long time and I am just wondering what it might be. My left knee has a spot, where if it gets hit (even taped) it hurts like crazy! right not it looks like there might be a little bit of fluid below the skin, but nothing too bad. It always hurts when I play a sport, but not so bad that I can't play. I don't have any health care so I ignore it and I probably will keep doing so until I have health care. Anyways thank for the help.
