My dog has blood bruises on skin?

My dog has these two red blotches on her rib/stomach area. She doesn't care when I touch it and it seems like its bleeding internally. She isn't really bothered by it and has the same energy as always. It looks like it's a cut, but there is hair over it so it is a skin problem i think. Around last month, she had a flea problem but there hasn't been fleas for a while now…. what is the problem?
