Makeup tips for a pale skinned brunette?
I am a pale skinned brunette with brown eyes. I was wondering what the best colors were for girls like me. I would like tips for daytime and evening makeup.
Also, what kind of a skin care regimen should I be on to get the best out of my skin?? I already cleanse, tone and moisturize with clinique and I wear spf sunscreen when outside. Is there anything else I should be doing to maintain my skin?
Thanks

Best Answer – Chosen by Voters Exfoliation would be a good thing to add to your skin care regimen. Colors that would look awesome on you are blues, browns, golds and bronzes. Have you checked on YouTube? There are a lot of great tutorials on there for making different eye colors pop and you would probably find them very helpful. put a slightly darjker shade on
Use a little lighter shades for day, but do not use pastels. They will turn out to candy colored for your skin color, as I have extremely pale skin and made this mistake. Blues and greens are best for brown eyes, and I like light yellow on a brown eye too. For night, you can go a little darker, but I recommend staying with the blues and greens. Purple can also be very good for night time, it can make for a beautiful, dramatic look. With your skin tone, you should stay away from raccoon eyeliner, it will wash you out. Gold is also an AMAZING color for daytime use. It is pretty general, and your eyes will have a nice glow. Pink eyeshadow, in moderation, will give your eyes a youthful glow, but if the shade is not light enough, your eyes will look irritated. For your skin routine, use an exfoliating scrub every week to take the dead skin off of your face, which can eventually clog your pores. I recommend St.Ives Apricot Scrub, which is available at drug stores. And a mask is a very good idea, it will clear your pores. I suggest doing this on the weekend, preferably Saturday to give your skin time to calm down. I recommend St.Helen's Mint Julep Masque, it will not irritate your skin, it will calm any inflammation and redness. It also feels soothing and frankly quite nice (:
