Anyways, from the information I've gathered, this is what I can tell that would help. 1). Depending on your age and amount of discoloration in your face, either use a light weight foundation or tinted moisturizer. You could probably go with a small amount of Bronzer on your T-Zone and Cheeks2). Eye Shadow really depends on the occasion, for the rest of this look, I'm going to assume you want an every day look. Since you do have black eyes, you can pull off most eyeshadow colors as long as you blend well.. go for a frosty tan as a highlight3). blush- you'll want to go for something more leaning towards a brown or a really light pink. Stay away from red tones! They'll cancel out the olive-y color of your skin. If you have a full face, contour, if not, don't.4.) Mascara and Eyeliner- use two coats of mascara on your top lash and one coat of mascara on your bottom lash. Since you didn't describe your lashes, go with a volumizing one if they're thin and a lengthening one if they're short. You can even use one volumizing and one lengthening on top.    For your skin i would wear light pink or light brown eyeshadow and black mascara (i use lash stiletto). my friend has the same characteristics and that is what she wears. Hope this helps=)!
