Makeup for me :]? help. please :3?

okay well im a cool toned person with big brown eyes, very pale skin, and my natural color of hair is dirty blonde. and i want to know what i should wear for my complexion? i don't have very many blemishes, mostly on my forehead….i also have oily skin. thought i'd throw that in there =].
here's the things i want to know:
blush (color)
founddation (skin)
lipgloss/lipstick (color)
&&eyeshadow (color)

next week i get my b-day money. so im going shopping for beauty things =p
