My problem is that I grew up with my brothers and their friends and I never learned how to dress up or take advices for make up or taking care of my skin or health. All I know is to put any shirt, with any jeans, always wear a sweater and my skate shoes style. I'm kind of tomboy girl and sometimes I wish I can look more like a lady for myself and for my boyfriend. I have seen the store Forever 21 and I liked it, but I always end up in Hottopic buying shirts with cartoons on it.

Any advice to dress up more like a lady? If you can give any advice for my hair too, I will really appreciate it. Thank you since I cannot write back.
