Jealous of Your Attractive Mother?

Sometimes I wish I were my mother. She's very light-skinned black woman. She was a beauty queen back in her day. She has been mistaken for being Filipino Latina East Indian. How can I stop being jealous of her? I did not inherit anything from my mother AT ALL. My father is very dark-skinned and african-looking. To me he looks more like a primate than an actual man but of course I look exactly like him.
