Undecided Question

Itchy labia… sort of?

so, for the past six months or so, my nether-regions have been itching like crazy. I can't see a doctor because we don't have the money or means, and I don't want to go if it's not really REALLY something I can take care of. It's not so much my vaginal lips that itch so much as the skin above where they begin, and the skin in the crease of my leg. It's so itchy that I itch until my skin is raw, and it's so constant that the skin can't really heal.
Any ideas to what this could be, and how I could fix it?
