Is transferring car insurance within the family possible?

I don't have car insurance, my parents have car insurance and i want to know if i can be covered the same way like my parents if my mom can transfer her car insurance to me.

We can't answer the question as asked. Insurance follows the car, not the driver, so if the car is insured, its driver is. The car would be rated for you as the principal driver.
