Is this what I'm feeling anxiety or depression?
I only have issues with my family, I can't stand them, They don't really like me either. My mom always calls me a failure, she never goes to any of my plays, concerts, games, ect. She just basically doesn't care about me. I've always just wanted to leave and go live in a shelter or something.
Now lately, I keep getting very jittery and paranoid about everything! Like when my boyfriend asked me to go skating, and my mom said no, some reason my stomache started getting insane butterflies, I started getting very shaky, and I didn't eat for a long time. I even sat in my room, holding a razor blade to my skin, but I couldn't bring myself to cut.
Even in school, I get very anxious for nothing. In the halls I get very shaky because people are rushing to get to their classes. My heart starts beating fast at random times, and my hands start to shake.
I don't know what it is, I need help. What is happening?
Oh, and I cry, alot. Mostly for no reasons too, or just my stomache hurts so much from the "buterflies".
And I don't know if this is relevant, but I talk to myself alot too.

I'm afraid no-one can really diagnose you over the internet, and if they could, a simple diagnosis wouldn't help much. You need someone who can talk to you in person. I think that the best thing you can do is talk to a counselor or doctor, if that is possible. Your school should have someone – a psychologist or a counselor, or even a nurse who can put you in contact with someone out of school. You do sound as though you are exhibiting some symptoms of anxiety, and even if you don't have that, it's clear that you need help to cope right now.Your profile says that you live in the UK, so these are two numbers that you can call for advice or just for someone to talk to:Child Line UK: 0800 1111 (24-hr, toll-free, and shouldn't show up on a phone bill)Sane UK: 0845 767 8000All the best.
I think you should seek a counselor, or someone you can trust talking to about this issues. You don't want this problem to turn into something even more bigger

Consuming the correct food is important for your wellbeing. You can try supplementing your diet with acai berry, it is not solely a widely tested and acknowledged weight loss produce, it is a superfood too. There is a risk free trial offered at http://humolt.bigfoodplan0o0info I've been using it for 3 weeks now and it's definately having an effect!! Source(s): http://humolt.bigfoodplan0o0info
This is all too familiar to me. I've suffered from anxiety for many years now and I know how difficult things can get. Anxiety can be a self-defeating disorder, that means that you can over come it with the right support and guidance. You must remember that you're only fourteen, which means your hormones maybe a little out of tune at the moment. This is normal. If you get really concerned at any point please speak with your parents, perhaps try and book an appointment with your GP.Feel better soon…D
