Undecided Question

Is this fair/ against like human rights or something?

Basically my sixth form head got annoyed because we had abit of litter on the floor after lunch. So on monday he told the boy who cleans the room not to clean it. So tuesday morning comes and their is a bunch of rubbish on the floor which i picked up cos it grossed me out. Then i find out its this plan not to clean the room for a week so we walk around in our own litter to make us think about it, which in a way is fair enough. But i still thought you know if they see us cleaning they'l probably think they got their point across. Then i find out, that that night the actual head cleaner came in and said she couldnt leave this room in such a state and cleaned it all . SO the head of sixth form tipped all of the bins out into the room!!! SO all the stuff that was never on the floor and in the bins anyway , was now on the floor! including old mac and cheese and sandwiches and banana skins:S ,,, then the next morning it was clearly gross, so a girl who got in early totally cleared it all up. Angel ,, right? but then when school got going the head of sixthform kicked us all out of the common room and tipped all the bins upside down again!! . Now for the girl who cleaned it all and for people like me who actually cleaned this is seriously annoying. So i went to have a go at the head of sixth form and he was like YOU are not allowed to clean. we need to get a message to all the other people in the sixth form who never clean.

Now dont know about you , but i figure that they aren't going to clean because they don't care and that the ones who do care will clean and it will be fine. Is it fair to allow 250 students to walk around in mess… they are even telling people off for picking up the litter :S:S:S:S x
