Is this bad for my skin..?
MORNING: Wash my face with Clear Essence Medicated Cleansing Bar
Then apply Clear Essence Medicated Fade Cream
Then after a couple hours I apply Spectrum Organic Coconut Oil
NIGHT: Wash my face while showering with Oatmeal Soap
Apply the fade cream once again
Then SOMETIMES I apply the coconut oil again but not really
Is there something I'm doing bad that may irritate my face?

Best Answer – Chosen by Voters Anything oil-based can clog your pores and thus can cause pimples. especially if you have sensitive skin.I dunno the ingredients in the face soap you're using but it could be another ingredient in it that's breaking you out. 3 Pimples isn't that bad though, so continue using the soap to see if it gets better or worse. But nix the coconut oil. I also noticed you're not using toner after you wash your face, and you're not applying an spf moisturizer. If you really want your spots to fade, and your skin to clear up a moisturizer with spf 15 or higher is a MUST. Apply it every morning. It's not really necessary at night unless you really want to. Dove makes one that's really good and won't clog your pores. Here are the correct steps in really caring for your skin:-Wash your face-Use a toner/astringent to clear away excess dirt and oil-Apply an spf moisturizer to your face and neckExfoliate 2-3 times per week. Hope I helped, good luck!
I think it might be the oil..oil must be clogging your pores. If at all you want to apply oil switch to almond oil and keep it on only for max 15 min and then wash it off.If the range you're using has a toner/astringent get that and follow the CTM i.e the Cleanse Tone Moisturize routine.
