Is this a good skincare routine for a 13 year old?
Morning:
i just rinse my face with water( is that bad? i don't want to over wash my face because the Benzoyl Peroxide irritates my skin)
moisturize my face with Aveeno Positively Ageless spf 35 Moisturizer (for sun protection)
i try to be super gentle because i am very young but since i have acne i have to take care of my skin

sounds goodi use cetaphil too..btw-cetaphil is really gentle and its for little kids so dont listen to the person who said its full of toxins Source(s): my brain <3
That seems a little exessive. I would suggest taking out the Hydrogen Peroxide, or at last use it less often (once a week). I am just guessing, but you might have one or 2 scars from the pimples. If so, use a cream with "retinol" or ask your doctor for a perscription for a cream with "retinoids" in them. These inredients stimulate cell regeneration to hel scars, and help with most skin problems in general.
no: cetaphil is full of ingredients that are bad for your skin & your health =\http://www.organicways.co.uk/toxins.html& you can look up each of the ingredients in cetaphil to prove that they are in fact toxic::http://www.cosmeticsdatabase0o0com/here are some natural tips to clearing up your skin::http://www.ayurvedic-medicines0o0com/home-…http://www.naturalacneremedy0o0com/btf/cle…http://healing.about0o0com/cs/skincare/a/u…
Yeah, that sounds goodI think its fine for you to only rinse your face with water in the morningbut you should also think about exfoliating about twice a weekuse something maybe like St. Ives apricrot scruband when you do exfoliate it goes before the cleansing and moisturizing
at 13 you shouldn't give a damn about your skin, but it sounds about right…personally i think you need to use soap on your face in the morning since your face accumulates oil into which bacteria can multiply. just be gentle with the soap. but on all other pts your regimen passes my critique.
Seems a bit full of chemicals really.I'f you've got acne, the best thing to do is stop your intake of dairy. No butter, milk, cheese, anything. and wash your face with something that drys out your skin, but doesn't leave it like leather.Good luck :') Source(s): Personal Experiance
thats a really good routine actually!if your acne isnt bad then i wouldnt suggest continuing with the peroxide…it can be really damaging to your skin. maybe try a drug store spot treatment..like clean and clear..or Clearasil.
if ur face is clear i think it is a wonderful routine for u
