Is there a weight limit to have a gastric bypass?

so, im 5ft 2 or 3 (short) and fluctuate between 11 and 12 stone. this is rather overweight for someone of my height. i know its no like morbidly obese or anything but im my own worst enemy. im about a size 14 ish (uk) and again i know its not too huge but personally i find myself incredibly unnatrractive and repulsive.now dont mistake me for a perfectionist or an overly critical person, im not an attention seeker either.i also have extremely low self esteem when it comes to this, and extremely low confidence. i just find myself/ my body disgusting. i dress well, and know how to flatter it but i would like to be able to wear a bikini in the summer. ive just been briefly researching about plastic surgery but its all talking about obese people. can you get it if your not obese? i mean, i imagine that if your willing to pay the money the doctors would care? its no skin off their nose? or do you NEED to be obese to get it?
please, noone give me lectures about exercising or eating healthily. i do exercise and i DO eat healthily.
