   Best Answer – Chosen by Voters I have a monroe piercing as well It doesn't sound like there's anything wrong, all piercings are a little gross the first few days after you get them done. If you've been taking good care of it then it should be fine, but if you're really worried then go back to the place you got it pierced and ask them to look at it, they'll be able to tell you if it's infected or not.

   I have a monroe too! Yay!I'd say leave it alone for a few days, meaning don't play around with it.Just continue washing it daily, taking good care of it hygiene wise and if it doesn't show any improvement in about 14 days (2 weeks) you might want to consider getting a smaller post for it.A larger post makes it loose and wobbly which could cause it to get stuck on things and stretch the piercing out. You can always call the place that you got the piercing done at, and see what they have to say. Good luck!!

   it's perfectly normal, it's going through the healing process. if it really is bothering you, you should call your piercer and they'll look at it for free. don't worry you'll be fine. xoxo. Source(s): many piercings.

   No theres nothing wrong with it piercing take a while to heal, just keep treating it and it should be fine.
