Best Answer – Chosen by Voters It's true! I usually eat pretty healthy, but during the holidays, I ate a lot of junk food, and my face broke out. As long as I eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink lots of tea, my skin looks good. When I start drinking pop and eating a lot of sugar and junk food (like chips and fried foods), my face breaks out.
Well, I don't really know a lot about stuff like that, but I remember my mother telling me that you can get access pigment build up in your skin if you eat enough carrots! As for quality, I guess that eating a diet with vegetables and fruits would help, as with anything. I think one of the main factors is staying hydrated. Also, external care and maintenance is a HUGE factor is skin quality, because I think a lot of it has to do with what standards we have on skin softness and things of the sort. A little dry skin never kept us from evolving or anything lol Source(s): Mah brain.
Well, I've been doing yoga and pilates for about 6 years now and my skin never looked better! When you work out, you sweat and that helps get rid of impurities that can be in your skin.
