Is it just me, or are most people actually beautiful?

I know physical beauty is more than just a face, but they say that an attractive face has certain features that make it beautiful (facial symmetry, dimensions and proportions..etc). If you look at people closely, I find that 95% of them are actually very beautiful. I feel that this is overlooked because they are overweight, have bad skin, don't dress well or just don't spend the time on their appearance.

Any opinions on this?
