I'm ugly and need help?

Ok so I'm 13 years old. I'm African-American with a dark skin tone, a big nose and I'm very ugly.
I've told my friend that but she always says that I'm pretty and I don't see it.
I spoke to my mom about it but of course she thinks I'm pretty because a child is always pretty in their mother's eyes.
Some people in my lifetime have called me ugly, I ignore it but I believe them.
I feel ugly and have no good features about me, and why I feel even worse is because of my skin tone.
I think my skin tone is very ugly and wished that I was a lighter skin color because in my opinion,
when people have light glowing skin, it brings out more of their beauty and my skin is just.. dull and I hate it.

I hate everything about me.
