I'm really hairy and it's really embarrassing?

Hi, I'm a girl and I have a ton of hair all over my body. Even when I try to shave it, it shows underneath the skin because it's so thick. I think the most embarrassing part of all is the hair I have on my face. I just got waxed, but the woman didn't know what she was doing because if still shows. The worst part is the hair I have on top of my nose, not inside of it. I tried plucking the hairs out, but nothing seems to work. The hair still shows. I have hair on my cheeks. I just want to be normal-looking at least. I can see why a guy's never really been interested in me, who would honestly? Does anyone have a similar problem, and how did you take care of it? I've tried waxing, nair, and basically every product under the sun. I'm not going to do laser or elcetro, so that's out of the question.
