   wear jeans that have pockets with flaps and buttons, which will create the look of volume

   i wanted to say that i wouldn't worry to much about your body. from the pic i would say that you look fairly attractive. but to answer your ?? certain pants can make a butt look bigger without having to gain weight. as for the loose skin the only thing i can think of is a facial or face lift.
