If your car slips on ice and you have an accident, does your insurance cover it?
Let's say your car slips on a patch of ice and you break your headlight. You were driving cautiously, slowly, and you could not have avoided it.
Will your car insurance ever cover weather-related accidents such as these?

That would fall under comprehensive. So if you have full coverage, then it would.
Replacing a broken headlight should be well under your deductible amount on your collision coverage, so just replace it. There is no such thing as an unavoidable accident. If you were driving slowly enough for conditions it would not have happened.
