   Best Answer – Chosen by Voters I'm sorry to say this but that is how my acne happened. Don't wash your face to much or use any expensive washes because they normally make your face greaser which will eventually create more spots. Wash your face once in the morning and then once again before you go to bed. I didn't put any products on my face like my doctor told me to ad they were soon all gone and I had loads.    I don't know, but I'm trying that with my zits. I'm not using any products and I only wear eye make-up (nothing else). Try to not touch your face with your hands, because a lot of germs come from there. If you wear make-up, try going without if for a little bit to see if it helps. Or use a different acne treatment.

   You can get concealers with medical treatments in them. Dont touch your face. Wash your face regularly and get a face wash made for spots.
