I wish I wish I were hot?! How long will it take me?

Okay. So here is my regimen to get hot.
1. Deep Condition hair once a week and do hot oil treatments once a week
2. Soak nails in Milk before bed, keep nails protected with clear nail polish
3. Sleep for 7-8 hours… Im in college… lol
4. Stay organized/ do well in school (irrelevant I know)
5. Give myself a pedi every 2 weeks
6. Save money.. and put coins in jar (irrelevant I know)
7. Wash face twice a day, use a mask once a week, and scrub once a week
8. Scrub body twice a week with body scrub
9. Eat fish three times a week and eat veggies and whole grain meals.. limit sugar
10. Take Native Remedies Kidney Dr., Inner Beauty Pills, and Skin Dr. via Native Remedies
11. Exercise 3 times a week with Pilates/ Yoga Class
12. Drink 64 ounces of water a day, with lemon squeezed in
13. Drink Gingseng and Green Tea Once a day
14. Use OraBrush twice a day and floss once a day along with brushing… whitening…. Use Crest night strips.
Does this seem like a good list to get hot? How long does all this take??? Do have any other suggestions?
