Undecided Question

I want to start my own organic bath and body/skin care line business?

how would i go about doing this?

as far as the business aspect goes, I already have a few people in mind that would be willing to work on that (one a Business major and the other owned several businesses for 25 years)

I have googled some things but nothing really shows up.

I am looking for the legalities of starting the Business (other than going to city hall) and whether or not I can use home (farm) grown ingrediants in the products.
What I need to run the business (equipment, ingredients etc.)
Information on testing products since I want my products to be animal testing FREE.
