   Best Answer – Chosen by Voters I had so much trouble with this company-I had called and called-had them hang up on me-I was furious-The 19.95 size is a teeny little bottle-nothing full size-call again-if the order has not been sent-they should cancel it-if they sent it-you tell them you want a number for sending it back-they will give you a number to write on the box-also-write on the box-REFUSE PACKAGE-RETURN TO SENDER-then keep checking to make sure your credit card has not been billed-or your check cashed-keep after it-good luck-wendy Source(s): This happened to me personally
