Well, you should eat avocado, it will keep your face healthy. I think you might need to take antibiotics for a while. You can also use Clinique face wash, it works the BEST. It's a good price and you can buy them in Sephora, The Bay, Nordstrom and etc.
Every fresh fruits & vegetables avail. gives you all kinds of vitamins & minerals for your body & hair.It is what you do to you face, the kinds of make-up, and how much pollution you're exposing yourself, what chemicals you're adding to your face that makes your face & skin bad. The #1 source of bad skin is the sun, chlorine, too much tanning/swimming and too much make up.If you're spending more than 5 minutes applying and removing make up, you're doing too much for your face, that you don't need.Less is always best.Liquid foundation & too much moisturizer (build up) causes acne. Greasy foods are also a good cause for acne. Sweating and not taking a shower can clog up your pores. Source(s): Good skin begins from within. I get one tiny zit per month or none. I have young & good complexion, and I don't have face like Elizabeth Taylor. When outside, I'm covered up using my wide brim hat.
You should go to the dermatologist. They can prescribe a different class of acne medicines and oral prescriptions that will clear your skin right up. Also, don't use anything too harsh on your face because it will make your skin produce more oil. Neutrogena Oil- Free Acne Wash or Neutrogena Ultra- Foam Cleanser are the best facial washes. Also, be sure to use a facial sunscreen in the morning. I would recommend Cetaphil SPF 15 Daily Moisturizer. Eating healthy (fruits, vegetables, whole grains) will help improve the quality of your skin, but will not clear up your acne. Also, drinking plenty of water and getting enough sleep to keep your stress levels low is important to healthy, clear skin. Good Luck!
