   ive suffered with acne. Ive tried a lot of different procducts including proactive. But the best products that i have found to work wonders for me are st. ives invigorating scrub, i use 2-3 times a week at night.    About a year ago when my acne started getting bad, and i had a huge pimple that wasn't going away(the mark is still working on fading) i went to a skin doctor. He told me to use neutrogina Acne Stress Control wash and then he prescribed a sort of acne spot treatment thing. if you think about going to a skin doctor, maybe he/she might prescribe you something that could work. My acne isn't too bad anymore, except when I run out of that stuff.

   Some foods might be triggering more break outs for you. Try keeping a food diary and see if you can see a pattern between the foods you eat and your breakouts. My sister use to break out more when she had dairy products. If you have tried all the over the counter medications you might want to see a dermatologist if your insurance doesn't cover dermatologist. Go to your normal Dr. and ask about tetracycline a oral med or differen face cream it seems to work for my son.

   wel i have always had a acne battle, most of the products i have had havent worked that well, but like 2 weeks ago i got a new one and it seems to have been working well, and i actualy enjoy using it more compaired to the other ones…http://acne.balleydirect0o0com/its called acne complex, and you pay like not that much for a 3 month trial? it will last longer if you use it well! but yes, its been working well, but if you do buy this or something like this with your credit card then make sure after you order, you wait until you receive the package, and then call them and cancel your subscription because if you order from them they automatically register you to a plan which u get a new package every 3 months, so you wont forget to cancel after you find out it doesnt work for you, because everyone is different. (this also applies to proactive) but yes, i do say you should get the acne complex one, from all the ones i used this seemed to work the best i have gone to a dermatologist, and they basically prescribe to you some cream, but w.e they gave me somthing it was always super strong and it made my face burn after 5 uses, and my skin started to crack and it was really bad but in summary just check out the acne complex!
