I need some help (girls only, please)?

I'm in high school and there's this girl i really like, but i'm one of if not the shyest person at school so i haven't built up the courage to talk to her, so, being the hopeless romantic that i am, I wrote her a poem that i was going to slip into her locker (you know, a secret admirer type thing) and i wanted some input on it first, i'm open to all suggestions (her name is Kristi, by the way

There is a gorgeous girl named Kristi,
whose graceful visage makes people's eyes misty
Her beauty is poetic, her blue eyes electric.
Her skin smooth as milk, her blonde hair like silk
That elegant beauty named Kristi
I wish I could tell this directly to you
but, alas, this i am too shy to do
So i hope this poem i wrote works the same
for that radiant beauty, Kristi's her name.
