I need a good clear skin remedy, help! PLEASE OPEN (skin emergency)?

My skin isn't looking good lately. I'm fourteen years old. I have open pores, I try to close them with ice facials but it doesnt work good. I have some zits and they wont go away and theyre hard to cover up, my face is dry around my nose and my cheeks. I try to scrub it and then wash but it doesnt help. I always use a face mask but it doesnt work all that good.

I need a good new skin remedy, help? PLEASE

I dont want to be like my friend, she has a lot of acne and people make fun of her so bad. So me and my friends always protect her like crazy. I really dont want to have bad skin:/ kids in my school are so cruel, it's all one huge beauty contest.
