Im golden blonde with very light skin and light blonde eyebrows and eyelashes. I look very washed out. How can I look better without makeup,etc.

This is the reasearch I've done.. he first few are basic onesTo not get pimples1) Plenty of water2) Wash your faceSkin-3)Ice can help to reduce redness of a pimple4) Exfoliate once a week, don't do it too often.
