Whatever you do, do NOT use a moisturizer on your face. If you must use anything, use a lotion, a very very very light lotion. You may need a mattifying lotion. I'm going to build you a pro system. I want you to trust me, and invest in this stuff, and use it exactly how I tell you. You're going to need a special skin care routine. After a week, this should at least get you 75% better, judging by what you've said. You may be allergic to your soap. Even though Aveeno claims to be hypoallergenic, brown skin tones tend to sometimes have a negative reaction to the colloidal oatmeal complex in it.Aveeno tends to boast the power of oatmeal, when in the meantime, if you read the back of the box or the tube or whatever it came in, its going to say the oatmeal is in fact an INACTIVE ingredient. Check it.This is what I'm going to tell you to do, and I'm willing to swear by this. You can get all of this stuff at http://abanaciski.avonrepresentative0o0com and I really suggest you seriously consider it.You need to get the following things:mark That's Deep Purifying Gel Cleanser – $8mark Matte Chance Mattifying Lotion – $16mark Cheat Sheet Shine-Blotters – $5Now, what you need to do, is wash your face every morning with COLD water and the gel cleanser. Hot water will dilate your pores, and get the gel cleanser into your pores, but since you have such oily skin, you have to worry about collecting residue. Basically, if you put a small dollop of it on a cold wet washcloth, and scrub fairly hard, it's going to remove the oily layer that's sitting on top and probably has been all night since you've been sleeping. When the oil starts to build back up again during the day, blot your face really good with the Cheat Sheet Shine-Blotters. They'll absorb all of the surface oil, so rub your face down intensely. And then after you do that, use the tiniest amount possible of the mattifying lotion. The absolute minimum you need. It has silica in it, which will catch any excess oil as it starts to build up, and keep it from making you shiny, or getting you started on a breakout.I tried to be as thorough as I could. If you have any questions, get back to me.

I would try switching your soap. I use dove on my face. Cetaphil is also a good soap. You might try exfoliating your skin to get rid of the white stuff. I use baking soda to do this. Wet your face. Pour some baking soda into your hand and slowly add water until it is the consistency of icing. Then gently rub onto your skin in a circular motion. Careful not to get it in your eyes! Then rinse and pat dry. Your skin will feel very clean and smooth.
try washing your face with Ivory soap with warm water then repeat with cold water and pat dry. Source(s): myself,, i too have oily skin
