I hate being white!!!! it's my skin colour, not my culture…?
I'm blonde (going darker), pale, with patchy bits of pink, freckles all over my back and chest,
I have a plain ordinary figure, I have a problem with my makeup as the people at the counter always give me light colours and I want to be darker! they give me 01 – that's the lightest..I feel ugly, my hair is so airy, I can't do anything with it! I also have light brown coloured moles on my left cheek and people keep calling me kim the moley goaly (as I'm the goal keeper on my hockey team). When my hair starts to grow under my under arms, it comes out ginger colour, but it's actually golden blonde, and the girls when I'm getting call me pasty ginger white trash and a latino wannabe! Because I go on the sunbed often to get a darker colour..but when it starts to fade, my skin get's realy patchy…I don't like the look of white girls in general…I think white girl's on my team and my friend's are ugly…because they are pasty, ugly and pale with nothing about them…and I'm like that too but I'm working on myself to make myslf look more pretty, feminine, curvy, get tanned skin, beatiful dark hair and nice olive skin…I'l get there!!! Alot of my white friends are like this too, we are always on the sunbed, we addictd to it…where would we be without the sunbed girls….blacks, latinos, asains etc, they have natural beauty…thank god for modern technology hey girls….!!!!!! atleast we can fit in, rather than just looking an ordinary white girl….

Wow. And in my culture it's all of the morenas who are trying to be more hispanolas. Desi Girl is absolutely right about certain cultures actually trying to do more to lighten one's skin. In Mexican culture, it's now become the norm to attempt to embrace one's hispanic roots since they come with lighter features. It's sad because in reality, Mexico's origin lies within natives who have darker features. It's sad seeing people trying to embrace opposite features rather than the features that were indebted to them at birth. When your skin is dark and doesn't get much lighter during the winter time, you tend to feel a little bad that your plain dark features cannot rival with the likes of the "gueras" who have blonde hair and blue eyes. But you move on with life and don't go to drastic means to transform.Geeze, to try and make yourself "prettier" via tanning salons is pretty dangerous. You are asking for wrinkly and splotchy skin in the near future.
Kim, you can't change it so just be happy in your own skin.. I hope you aren't a troll, but if you want, change what you can, hair color, etc. But just be happy.
Considering you hate what you are, you don't half talk about yourself a lot….
I think your're beautiful, don't be so hard on yourself.
yea, and good luck with the skin cancer youre goin to prolly get in a few years..that REAL beauty when they take patched of your skin off just b/c you wanted to be dark…wow..stupid people…
Use shoe polish…
***** GET A LIFE!!!!!!!!
are u kidding..many people in my country spend thousands to get a pale skin!!..dont be so full of self hatred dear..it ll make ur life miserable..love who u are..and i personally think pale blonde white women are freaking hawttt!!!..cant u see all the magazines, runways they worship white skin..and here is a advice..DONT GO SUNBATHING!!..WHY??..BCOZ U LL REGRET IT AFTER A FEW YEARS..hope i helped dear.
1. You're probably a troll2. There is nothing more attractive to me than a fair girl with freckles. Don't get caught up in what minorities or MTV says you should be. Our skin is great with or without tanning, and people all over the world spend millions, get surgeries and risk their lives using skin lightening creams to look like us.
