   Best Answer – Chosen by Voters Yes, you've nailed the limerick style pretty well. A suggestion; if you're going to turn these in at school you might wish to check your spelling and punctuation. For example:There once was a girl named Jenny.Her unfaithful boyfriend's name was Benny.Jenny knew Benny didn't want to wed.Jenny left Benny dead.The women in jail called Jenny a new, shiny penny. There was an ugly girl shaped like a pear; Her skinwas very fair. She didn't have a brain. Her face looked like it was hit by a train. But men didn't care; all they fell in love with was her pretty blonde hair.Good luck!
