   Best Answer – Chosen by Voters I'm sorry you had a bad experience at Sephora. Maybe he was just having a bad day or something, still no reason to treat a customer like that. I've always had a good experience at Sephora. Maybe it's just my store, the guys and gals are sooo nice. I don't know if there is a limit on how many samples you can get, but on a couple of occasions I've gotten up to five at one time, but those were fragrance samples. For primers or other samples, i don't know… I usually just get one sample if I really want to try out a new product. They do have a good refund/exchange policy. Never had any problems returning stuff.

   well they are always a little rude sometimes. but they can only give one sample and if you build up ur sephora points with your beauty insider card u can actually get more samples in exchange for points. and ya you can't really return stuff there. but guys who work at sephora act that way because one time i had went and was watchin me the whole time. but i had a basket and i go in there atleast 2 times a month. he just acted stuck up. be careful when buying makeup cuz even at drugstores sometimes they wont let you return

   A lady helping me this one time was pretty damn rude, if I do say so myself. Lol, but other than that, I've had good experiences there.

   i've been hearing from a lot of people on makeupalley0o0com that they have had bad experiences at sephora.. just ignore him next time and if anyone gives you attitude, just write them up!
